Try SEA-MUC via PHL on AA - AS 32 and AA 716. Both Zurich and Vienna are flixbus-able from there. 20k miles off peak + $19. Add another $100ish for fees on the return flight.

Just checked - award availability is OK in November and December. Heaps of flights in January.
