Your issue is actually that LON-SYD//MIA-LON isn’t a valid open jaw booking. The “ground” segment on an open jaw (here, SYD-MIA) needs to be shorter than the flown segments, but MIA-LON is less than half SYD-MIA.

As flatlander suggests, a round the world fare would be what you need.
