I used to open new accounts the day after closing one with no issue. I haven't used serve for a few months and tried to open another onevip yesterday but got that message. Not blacklisted though since I can still load the cards I already have so not sure what that message is about.
I opened a OneVIP/Blue (woops)/Bluebird the same day with no issues and haven't been able to open anything since. Its been 2 weeks, I cant even register the Green card I bought with $50 on it.
Going to wait for about a month and try again and see what happens.
