For a short flight like CPH-AMS I wouldn't bother. Most SAS Plus seats will be available during online check-in. The seats are the same. Not worth the hassle.
I tend to disagree, I find most Plus passengers pre select their seats. On busy routes with two passengers I would definitely want to do advance selection.
