I don't know the answer unfortunately, but Emirates provides free strollers at DXB which are readily available all over the terminal, as such I am guessing EK would discourage pax from bringing their own onboard and probably ask you to check it in at check-in. Depending on your luggage allowance you can definitely check both in.
