That way I could book all three legs in one place - my concern was ensuring H class or equivalent.
If you've got a booking with oneworld airlines made through a third party, you should still be able to give the airlines your BAEC membership number. Whether or not your TA will automatically send the number to the airlines will depend on whether it's set up to do this and how efficient it is. Once the airlines have the number, the chances are that the Avios and TPs will credit automatically. But you're entitled to them regardless of how you book, provided that you're booking a fare that qualifies to earn them.
If there are valid published fares in H class (or higher) covering all three parts of your journey, then BA may well be able to book the whole thing for you if you call. But you may of course have other reasons for going through a TA.
