does anyone have the same problem?

on 21st of September got an email: "Claim my € 75", then I put my credit card in my profile as reward card. And since then - nothing. I already got another message yesterday, that my friend used my link and now I can get another $25, I already have a credit card in my profile and again, I did not get any emails, that my reward on the way...
Does anyone know what to do?
