I left out the word "most" in my original reply. Ie, Cap One is the most famous exception (in the FTer world), but there may be others.
According to this site:
Discover seems to be another one that
does report business cards to "consumer" credit bureaus. (Though I have yet to remember ever seeing an FTer mention saying they want to apply for a business Discover card.)
