I waited less than a minute on hold today after the IVR told me that there's a "less than five minute" average wait time. The CS person I talked to also had no problems assigning me seats for the Air Canada flights in my United award booking. I was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting 30+ minute wait times based on previous posts on FT. ^
