I would call PTS and ask them to get space for the return first - - and then add the outbound segments. Once you KK all the segments - ticket should work. I've spent a lot of time with PTS on the phone working it one segment at a time - etc . before finally getting it to work.

Also - It will price with AC or LH as the fares are almost always combinable in any way.
