In that case, I'd think the best way to go is the Double Cash card. It doesn't have a sign up bonus, so you're not missing out on that by the conversion, and there's no point in just getting a few more TYPs that you can't transfer out. 2% isn't a great return, but it's much better than nothing.
Maybe someone can tell us if that's an allowed pc for this card. I checked the thread Mia linked, but the wiki doesn't mention that either way.
