Did your husband initially receive a 40k personal offer?
It looks like if you ignore a targeted 40k personal, US Bank will follow up with a 45k personal. Then, if that's also ignored, then they'll send a 50k business. Does this sound right?
I had ignored the 40k, and about a month after the offer's expiration, I got a 45k with the same terms as SanDiego1K. Maybe I'll press my luck and wait for the 50k business.
