HKG Lounge question, with apologies in advance
Sorry, but unable to find answer in CX website and here.

Question is: MrsDallas49er and I are both OW Emerald and will be flying Dragonair in Y. My only experience has been with CX F in HKG.

Is there a lounge? If so when does it open? Will we be granted access based on OW status?
