Essentially, all non-AAdvantage and elite status members' calls are directed to the same call centers through prioritized status tier based lines except for Executive Platinum and Cincierge Key members, who actually do have center's with dedicated staff (though in the case of EP, that doesn't necessarily mean higher quality or more knowledgeable staff - those are quite variable).
