It wouldn't be BA4xx if operated by GB Airways (BA8xxx comes to mind).
BA420 and 421 used to be LUX, going back a few years. Sometimes BA digs out historic flight numbers to give to "new" routes, which are often routes that stopped being economic in the early Noughties. But in this case they haven't.
