There is a Doubletree suites hotel right across the Charles down the street from HBS. You can walk to the square, about 15 minutes. I think they have a shuttle. There's also the Inn at Harvard right in the Square, but I don't know if they have kitchenettes. The Harvard Square Hotel is across the street from the Charles, and it is more downscale.
