It seems to really depend on the class of travel and route. For instance, in long haul J, I agree that the 777s are the ones I dislike most, but in Y I find them marginally better than the 744s and vastly better than the horrible 788.
On short haul, the 763 has the worst CE because you don't have free middle seats outside of windows, but conversely, it is my favourite ET as pairs of seats are much nicer when travelling as a couple.
In F, many people find the 744 worst, though I personally like 1A/K on the 744 more than the more spacious seats I get on a 777.
In short haul Y, the refitted A319s with only one toilet at the back come with a challenge of their own.
