LAS is high volume, baggage claim can be unbearably slow, and the shuttle can take forever, not to mention that Sixt isn't even in the main rental center. I would be
shocked if they gave anyone a hard time about being late for a pickup. My guess is that the vast majority of their customers are more than an hour late to pick up.
