Call back. Ask why it has to be reviewed/what has to be reviewed since the rules are very clear on this. There is no reason for this delay. They should be able to fix it on the spot (they've done it for me on more than one occasion). Press them on what needs to be reviewed.

Just called. Asked the EXP desk to tell the Customer service right in the face it's AAV package. Customer Service didn't budget, just reiterated it's a standard procedure for review if the original posting was wrong.
