Nope. I’ve seen it too, even when selecting an F or J fare. It’s sporadic and inconsistent, and clearly an (annoying) bug. Sometimes it even carries down to actually selecting the flights and trying to pick a seat. Often staring over brings it back. Other times stating a search over suddenly causes it to be grayed out. I’ve seen it just with the F cabin, as to OP reports—other times it’s the whole plane.
