Yes, but it will be close. I did this yesterday, had a 60 min connection with carry on only. I needed document verification (visa check) for my 2nd flight, so I had to clear immigration, find the document check counter in the departures hall, then reclear immigration and back to my departing gate. It was close, but doable if things are on time.
IF you are able to get your boarding pass for the 2nd flight ahead of time, you can just breeze through transfer security and bypass immigration and should have no problems.
Keyword is should. It's AirAsia, so be prepared if things don't go as planned.
