Thanks for the info. I'm really trying to understand the difference in change/cancellation fees. Intuitively, it seems like "flex" fares should be changeable and cancellable for free. But the flex and standard fares both state that an unspecified fee applies to cancellations and that changes are free. What, then, is the benefit of flex over standard?
