I typically think that Delta's TATL Main Cabin entrees actually taste better than the D1 entrees. Of course the D1 meal is better overall, but usually the Main Cabin entree is flavorful and some kind of sauce to keep it from drying out, whereas in D1 you get some seriously desiccated puck of meat with a half frozen lump of butter on it and four green beans.

I agree with MSPeconomist that they should simplify and it could taste a lot better.
