It is better than both. Nakazawa is hugely overrated IMO...eaten in both the dining room and the bar, and he doesn't crack the top 5-7 of sushi spots I've eaten at in NYC.

Azabu is very good and worth a visit. I enjoy the comfy basement environs beneath Greenwich Grill.
