Before needing to be in Frankfurt for work this Tuesday, I have a free Monday to play with....

Was thinking that a train ride to Mainz might be nice. I had thought river cruises might run but the KD schedule doesnt have much from Mainz - particularly on Mondays as Low Season kicks in. Just hoped to ride an hour up the river then back down etc.

Lunch, river cruise, dinner and train back to Frankfurt sounds pretty nice. :-)

Are there other sites/boats to check?
