I have dipped on a flight I was on my WA home from my deployment the F/A along with several other people seen me doing it I was never told to stop plus I was not the only one unless the F/A says I can't I do it of if I'm setting next to someone I don't know and they politely ask me to stop because the site of it makes them sick then yes I will stop but I have never found any law saying you can not use smokeless tobacco on a flight in not a smoker but I believe people should be aloud to smoke if they want to there could be airlines that are like restaurant with smoking sections or you could have smoking flights and nonsmoking flight that way people that don't want to be around smoking tobacco or even smokeless tobacco they don't have to be
