Fine lunch service on updated interior modified B757. Mid-con leisure market run. Updated forward lav featured fine wash products. Choice of chilled Farro Chicken Salad or Burger Sliders on Brioche Buns served hot with Red Skin Potato Salad & Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. My choice: Delicious sliders albeit they fell apart a bit after fixings were added.
So happy Delta enforces the FEBO rule as now I always know where to sit. Mixed feelings about Alessi Serviceware. It's fancy but awkwardly matched. The salt shaker is tricky, the utensils are too big for the small dishware and the opaque tray recalls school lunchroom plastic. Silver trays are a nice touch but one crashed to the galley floor and made a huge noise.
All-in-all a super flight where FAs Lisa and Wensetta were gracious and efficient, food was delicious and GoGo WiFi worked well.
