Lots of useful information here; thanks! I can remember when it was easy to find the rules applicable to your purchase. These would be required in any other transaction.
I guess the take home is that the ONLY time you are given the opportunity to see the fare rules you should download and file them, just as I tend to memorialize the seat assignment/map, not that they couldn't change you but it could help if someone else shows up claiming your seat with a duplicate BP.
How does EF get the historical data? Anyone know any other way to find them, other than asking an unwilling agent to read them to you?
