Payless does appear to be open 24/7 at PIT, unlike Hertz/Avis/National, so I guess that's a plus. Although, based on at least one Yelp review, that doesn't mean they have any CARS at 3AM, even with a reservation.

Not that you're moving the goalposts or anything.
