Ditto. The first person to whom I spoke was adamant that nothing could be offered. I asked for the retention specialist who offered $60. I asked about bonus offers on my account. She said they no longer offer them as retention bonuses. Rather, marketing makes some offers during the year. She said I had an offer in May that if I had funded a mortgage, I could have earned 100K UR points.
