Have him schedule a 3 AM pickup at PIT and see which other companies offer up a vehicle

By the way, Payless' prices have been creeping up over the last 3-6 months, so they are no longer always the best deal. Still, can't beat getting a fully loaded Laramie for < $300/week (usually, lol). PIT is an expensive station for business rentals, it seems.
