Very nice dinner service on this mid-con run. Ex-Northwest bird featured new interior modifications (huge bins, pod overhead service units) Lacked BMW Design Group quilted seat coverings though.
Really like that Delta utilizes FEBO. I always know where to sit now.
Dinner choices were chilled Spring Salad with Turkey or a hot entree of Honey-Ginger Salmon with Basmati Rice. I chose the delectable Salmon. We were served our Alessi trays sans entree until they were fully heated. FA then came through delivering the Salmon dish individually. Missed having a bread or roll service. Dessert was a Chocolate Mocha layer cake w/Strawberry garnish.
