Sorry if this is off topic. I am going to be flying in the small planes on an upcoming trip and had a couple questions.

1> What are the best seats on the CRJ, is it worth going back to row 13 for exit row. Is there more space? Or are the seats towards the front more desirable?
2> I have a few segments on Q400’s and seat 1B is always available, why is this seat not preferred.

Going to make Gold this year, so I hope the benefits don’t all go away.
