Never ever convert SPG for worthless IHG points
I'm getting close to 4 cents per SPG pt on C+P awrad nights. With IHG, 1 cent is about the best I've found after the last devaluation. Even factoring in the 25k for Spire requalification, still not even close. Plus, as pointed out in numerous replies above, it's cheaper and easy to get those last points on IHG.
