Wife and I are looking for a quick 4 night all-inclusive trip to unwind after Thanksgiving, specifically 11/24-28.

We currently have the Riu Palace Mexico in Playa Del Carmen booked, but it's fully refundable, and we're wavering on whether it's the right place for us. While we are both younger (29 and 27) with no kids, we're not into the rave and party scene, but we do like to have a few drinks, especially on vacation.

Do you guys have any other places to look into? Must be bookable through the UR portal since we are using UR points for a majority of the cost. Another option we've seen is Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya, but the reviews there talk about how quiet it is.... It seems we're looking for somewhat if an inbetweener... Party if you want, but not loud across the whole resort.

We have flights booked so those are not a concern, budget is roughly $1500 (in the form of $910 worth of Ultimate Rewards points and the rest cash) but would prefer less...

Edit to add: We do not plan on leaving the resort, so activities on site would be awesome. One thing that stood out to us about the Secrets Akumal is a number of reviews mentioned how good the snorkeling is there.
