The risk of rejection is way lower if you are prequalified. Given your relatively low credit score and very short history, I’d say stick with prequalified offers for now. Check with Amex, Citi, Chase, Capital One, Bank of America, and anyone else. Also consider visiting bank branches in person, especially banks you have checking or savings accounts with.

Generally speaking, you’d need two years of credit history for most top-shelf cards, so it’s great that you’re prequalified for the PRG. Two years later, you’d have gotten $200 airline fee reimbursements, plus 50K points, plus points earned on spend, while spending a total of $195. That’s a very good deal - one of the best you’d get at this point.
