- I'm not sure how people get the BA Enrollment done on the spot! I called in Monday trying to get it enrolled on the spot and nothing has been done on that application yet (even when marked urgent).


In any case, the trick probably is to enrol over the form, like 1 month in advance and hope they don't stuff up the application.
