I am familiar with the interline rules but I am specifically assuming that throughcheck interline in my case is not possible due to extenuating circumstances (details I won't bore people with)

I am specifically asking abut Airside Transfer and Retagging of baggage at KUL. Can be done in SIN, HKG. But unsure about KUL?
