Because 9ABC gets so much "traffic" while boarding and, together with 8DE an 9F are "bulkhead" types, and 9 DE don't offer extra exit row space beyond E+, I book directly in exit rows 15 and 16. Lots of legroom and full underseat storage with the preceding rows. I've never measured the seatpitch but it seems like the pitch in rows 15/16 beats out 757F seats by a lot. As suggested above, rows 10 through 14 are E+ and non-exit.
