Sometimes, just picking up the phone and asking a friendly MP representative gives you a quick, accurate, and friendly answer, albeit not always what you may want to hear. Every once in awhile I take this approach instead of tossing and turning in bed all night, waiting with anticipation for the morning that maybe someone will have answered my question on FT before I get up.

And sometimes, just sometimes, when one of us gets a helpful friendly answer from the MP based upon one of these phone calls, we post are results to share for all, sparing the rest from oh so many sleepless nights.
