UPDATE: It's been four weeks and I just submitted a request for credit for the five Uber trips in conjunction with a Starwood stay.
Patience is a virtue which sometimes yields no results.
Starwood Research indicated a system glitch had unlinked my SPG and Uber accounts on June 30. I re-linked the accounts and was told my previous Uber rides should post within three business days.
