You don't. It needs to be a OW operated flight. So a JL/CX combo would get you the points but a JL/KE won't.
For non-OW operated codeshares, you can only earn miles/points to the program of the ticketing carrier. So flying SU HEL-SVO on AY flight number will get you AY+ points but not, say, BA Avios.
