Seems I am pre-eligible for couple of Amex cards incl Amex PRG , but not the one I am looking for Amex Hilton Gold or Amex Delta Gold..
I don't want to apply for these cards if they will decline..

Considering that they are willing to give me the PRG, is there any way I can call them and ask them to give me one of the other ones in lieu of PRG ? Any anecdotal info would help.
