Most of the feedback l've seen is that we will probably see 1 to 1.3 until sometime in January 2018, and then automatically moved at 1 to 1.3. As you suggest there has been no confirmation in writing.

Not much reason after 9-30-17 to stay in the elevate bucket. I'll probably move most sometime in October, and then the rest by year end.
