IAD: I think you'll have plenty of time if you arrive before 7:00. I'm often on flights around 8 am or 7:30 pm from LAX T3 and the morning security lines are bad, as others have described. Among other morning flights, ATA has a 757 headed to HNL. Evenings, much less security wait. At any time, the checkin and screening of checked bags is chock-a-block.
