Budget trimming is a great excuse. I like it.

I love the woman who gives me pedicures, but I don't like her manicures. I found someone more reasonable and now only see my pedicure person every 5 or 6 weeks. I think she probably notices that my hands are much more manicured, but hasn't said anything.
