6 months credit history file is quite thin and 705 isn't enough to get you the "good" cards. it would be better for you to wait unless you're fine with risking HP for each application you sign up and get denied. If I were you, I'd just wait a while till your history builds up while paying all your charges in time. Just keep on paying your CC on time and your FICO score will rise to levels where you'll get better CC offers.
Can (or should) I apply for the ones which shows as pre-qualified for or not even those ?
I already have 2 cards, so don't want to reach 5/24 without getting benefit of some of the better Chase cards..
