Friend of mine at PwC said he was brought into the directors office on Friday about the situation. He said trading could have ceased Friday but apparently it made sense to wait until this morning since there would be less people overseas. It seems KPMG got the administrators job, although PwC are advising the CAA.
Slight digression, but I find it somewhat odious that the CAA needs advisory from PWC from both a costs and expertise perspective. I’d have thought the last letter of their accronym was the give away...guh Monday!
