AP award ticket CM PNR doesn’t work on copaair.com
I booked an aeroplan ticket on all on CM metal but the CM PNR I got doesn’t work on copaair.com.

However when I called CM the agent was able to pull up my reservation and i can use the same PNR on the app.

Is there a glitch of some sort? Or copa website only accepts CM issued tickets?
