It seems I am responsible for this. I have visited many Radisson properties that then are soon sold and refurbished. One was actually demolished. Not too many US properties left.

The huge difference I have seen is with Country inn and suites. All of the properties I visit have gone through total renovations in the past 2 years. Some are actually very nice.
